The event welcomed 200 participants from 11 CEE countries, including decision-makers, industry leaders, and retail and e-commerce experts. The conference segment took place at Artbox Experience in Warsaw’s Norblin Factory.

A key element was the immersive visual design. Guests entered a 360-degree world divided into six thematic zones, seamlessly blending Mastercard branding with the latest market trends to create an engaging participant experience. The core of the event was knowledge sharing. Mastercard experts and industry leaders presented the newest trends and innovative solutions, sparking insightful discussions among attendees.

Through synchronized visuals and sound, participants experienced the content with all their senses. Between sessions, we presented interactive exhibitions and projection-mapped stories about Poland – from national parks to historical narratives.

The evening portion completed the experience with elegant networking and local accents – cuisine, music, and views – creating an informal yet inspiring atmosphere for industry leaders to connect.

We created an event that became a space for inspiring exchange and a platform for the latest trends in commerce and payments. The combination of expert content and spatial experience proved to be spot-on, allowing participants not only to gain knowledge but also to immerse themselves in the culture of the host country – Poland.
