30th Anniversary of the Polish Leasing Association
The celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Polish Leasing Association (ZPL) was a comprehensive, year-long marketing initiative that blended tradition with modernity. Under the slogan “Driving the Polish economy for 30 years”, we carried out rebranding, educational, PR, and event activities, engaging a broad community of leasing professionals and beyond.
Our objective was to strengthen ZPL’s position as the leader of the leasing industry, promote leasing as a modern financial solution, and build an engaged community of professionals – all while honoring the organization's 30 years of activity.
We created a cohesive, multi-channel campaign centered around a modern rebranding of ZPL, which included a refreshed visual identity and a redesigned website. A key element was the release of the report “30 Years on the Path of Transformation”, developed in collaboration with EY Parthenon, which sparked widespread discussion within the industry.
We launched the “People of Leasing” poll, engaging the leasing community in recognizing and celebrating the industry’s most influential figures – boosting both integration and ZPL’s recognition.
To engage a younger audience, we produced the “Leasing for Beginners” series featuring popular finance YouTuber MichałKuryłek, aimed at educating and raising leasing awareness among Gen Z.
Together with TOK FM Radio, we also launched the podcast “Straight Talk on Leasing”, enhancing ZPL’s expert image.
The campaign culminated in a jubilee gala at The Bottling House in Warsaw, attended by 200 industry leaders, featuring an award ceremony, keynote presentations, and a concert.
The campaign delivered outstanding results, far exceeding initial KPIs. “People of Leasing” poll: 85 nominees, over 4,500 votes, and professionally produced winner videos. “Leasing for Beginners” series: 624,489 views and 105,407 full views. On LinkedIn, reactions increased by 163%, comments by 553%, and reach by 245%. PR publications rose from 417 to 2,031; media reach grew from 254.8 million to 592.9 million; and AVE increased from approximately PLN 6.3 million to PLN 17.7 million.
By combining modern communication tools with education and industry integration, the campaign set a new standard for anniversary celebrations and successfully positioned ZPL as an innovative leader in the leasing market.
